Microsoft Will End Support for
Windows 10 on October 14, 2025.

After this date, your Windows 10 devices will
no longer receive security updates, leaving them
vulnerable to malware, viruses, and cyberattacks.
What this means for you:
- Increased Security Risks:
Without security updates, your devices will be more susceptible to cyber threats, potentially leading to data breaches, system instability, and other serious issues. - Reduced Functionality:
Some applications and features may stop working correctly or become incompatible with the operating system. - Loss of Support:
You will no longer be able to receive technical support from Microsoft for Windows 10-related issues.
Upgrade Options:
To ensure continued security and functionality, you will be required to either upgrade your existing PCs to Windows 11 Pro (if they can be upgraded) or you’ll have to purchase new PCs equipped with Windows 11 Pro.
Upgrade Existing PCs May Be A Possibility:

- Windows 11 Pro Compatibility:
We will have to verify if your current Windows 10 system hardware meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11 Pro, which includes Processor and RAM. - TPM and Secure Boot Elements:
We also have to verify if the current systems have the required Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 and the Secure Boot capabilities as required for Windows 11. - Data Backup Storage Capabilities:
If your system can support the Windows 11 Pro upgrade, we will need to back up your important data to an external drive or cloud storage… if you do not already have this option, we recommend purchasing a Network Attached Storage (NAS) system for onsite, local backups. - Windows 11 Pro Clean Install (Recommended):
For the best performance and stability, we recommend a “clean” installation of Windows 11 Pro. This means wiping your computer’s hard drive and reinstalling the operating system from scratch.
If You Can’t Upgrade, You’ll Have To Purchase New Windows 11 Pro PCs:

- Needs Considerations:
We can help you evaluate your specific needs and choose a Windows 11 Pro PC with the appropriate processor, RAM, storage, and graphics capabilities. - We Recommend Dell:
It is our recommendation to choose Dell computers because of the performance standards included with all of their different PC models. Dell is always at the top of the list for long-term reliability, plus when you consider factors like price, features and availability Dell is the overall leader. - Consider a Business-Grade PC:
For enhanced security and manageability, we recommend a business-grade PC, like the Dell Precision Workstations and the Dell OptPlex Desktops. These types of devices further enhance security features, and optimize remote management capabilities. - Dell Direct Pay – Load The Cart:
As always, we want to make sure you’re getting the absolute best pricing, so once Curtis has reviewed your requirements, we can help you choose the best computer for your replacement. Depending on the order, sometimes Dell gives us (A Dell Partner) better Pricing, and sometimes the “Online Specials” are the best price. Regardless, you can either pay us and we’ll make the order, or we can “load” a Dell Cart for you, share the link, and you can pay directly.

Next Steps:
- Assess Your Current Situation:
We need to schedule a time for Curtis to come by and determine your exact counts so we can put together a breakdown of the options so you can decide which upgrade options best suits your needs and budget. - Plan Your Upgrades and/or Purchases:
We must create a timeline for your upgrades and/or PC purchases. This includes us helping you map out a Project Schedule that works within your budget and available resources. - Self-Care or Done-For-You Experience:
If you have a Staff/Team member you wholly trust to get you through the upgrade/replacement process, you can most certainly utilize them. You are not required to utilize our services. We just absolutely want to make sure your computers are secure and up to date.
We understand that upgrading and/or purchasing new PCs can be a significant investment. However, it is crucial to prioritize the security and stability of your devices to protect your business from cyber threats and ensure continued productivity.
We encourage you to review this information carefully and…
