There are four “Urgency” Categories within the form:
- URGENT– Requires Attention Today (<4 Hour Response Time)
- PRIORITY– Needs Attention Today or Tomorrow (4-8 Hour Response Time)
- SOON – Needs Attention In Next Few Days (12-16 Hour Response Time)
