The “Base Agent” is the foundation of our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) functionality. This is the application that gives us all of the Daily Device Monitoring and Health Checks Reporting and Alerts.
It runs the “Patching” Status and Application/Software Vulnerability Scans. It allows us to run—or automate—Network Scans to identify devices on the network, including Asset Tracking and Inventory, plus helps identify Unprotected Devices on the network.
It also provides the ability for us, and the NOC Team, to securely connect remotely (even in the background) to perform the Daily Task and/or Requested Support Services.

DNS Filtering and Web Protection:
To protect Users from malicious websites, phishing attempts, and other online threats by blocking access to harmful domains in real-time while they’re online.
Basic Document Backup:
To automatically discover and backup your essential business documents, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. including other app data like Quickbooks, and save them to the cloud (for 28-Days) to protect them from loss or cyberattacks .
Vulnerability Reporting:
We provide you with a report that identifies and prioritizes, so you can easily remediate (and/or update) security vulnerabilities across your devices.
